SUMMARY:Consortium Knowledge Exchange: Writing a Scientific Paper: From Clinical Work to Publication
DESCRIPTION:‘Writing a Scientific Paper: From Clinical Work to Publication’ with guest speaker: \n\n\n\n– Dr Mu-Han Lin\, UT Southwestern\, USA. \n\n\n\nThis webinar provides a practical guide for translating everyday clinical work into a publishable scientific paper. While many institutions are generating high-quality clinical data—particularly in MR-guided adaptive radiotherapy—the challenge often lies in communicating that work clearly and effectively. This session will focus on how to structure a manuscript\, define a clear clinical message\, and present methods and results in a way that is reproducible and meaningful to other centres. Emphasis will be placed on common pitfalls in scientific writing\, strategies for concise and precise communication\, and how to align your work with journal expectations. The goal is to provide attendees with a clear framework to convert their clinical experience into impactful manuscripts and to encourage timely dissemination of work that can benefit the broader radiation oncology community. \n\n\n\nRegistration Link: Session 1 (Live)\, scheduled at 16:00 (BST)\, 5th June 2026 \n\n\n\nRegistration Link: Session 2 (Recorded)\, scheduled at 10:00 (BST)\, 8th June 2026 \n\n\n\nPlease fill in the form above to receive an invitation. Please note registrations will close the day before the webinar.

SUMMARY:4th Summer School of Clinical Adaptive Radiotherapy - Negrar\, Italy
DESCRIPTION:The 4th Summer School of Clinical Adaptive Radiotherapy is focused on Uro-Oncology\, and this event aims to provide a comprehensive and practice-oriented overview of the evolving role of adaptive radiotherapy in the management of genitourinary cancers. As technological innovation rapidly advances imaging quality\, treatment precision\, and workflow automation\, clinicians are increasingly required to integrate adaptive strategies into routine practice to improve personalization and outcomes. \n\n\n\nThis course is designed for radiation oncologists\, medical physicists\, and radiation therapists seeking to deepen their understanding of adaptive radiotherapy concepts\, indications\, and clinical implementation. \n\n\n\nThrough a balanced combination of theoretical lectures and hands-on sessions\, participants will explore the full adaptive pathway\, from imaging assessment and target delineation to plan adaptation\, quality assurance\, and treatment delivery. Interactive clinical case discussions will allow attendees to experience real decision-making scenarios\, highlighting challenges such as anatomical variability\, organ motion management\, and the integration of daily imaging into adaptive workflows. \n\n\n\nPractical exercises using modern software platforms will help participants translate theoretical models into operational competencies. The program also emphasises multidisciplinary collaboration as a key driver of successful adaptive radiotherapy\, encouraging exchange among professionals involved in planning\, quality control\, and treatment execution. By the end of the course\, participants will have strengthened their ability to evaluate when and how to adapt a treatment plan\, understand workflow efficiency considerations\, and apply evidence-based adaptive techniques to uro-oncological cases. The Summer School ultimately seeks to empower professionals to implement adaptive radiotherapy safely\, effectively\, and consistently\, improving precision and personalisation in cancer care. \n\n\n\nPROGRAM AND REGISTRATION
